These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and [LEGAL ENTITY] ("CubeChains", "we", "us"), operator of the CubeChains platform and website (the "Service"). Read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation (such as a school or company), you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@cubechains.com of any unauthorised use.
2. The Service
CubeChains is a visual flow builder that lets you create regex-based and other text/data transformation pipelines and convert content into structured output formats. Transformations execute primarily in your browser (client-side); we store your flow configurations and any files you choose to upload.
We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We may impose or change usage limits (for example, number of flows, integration imports per month, or storage) according to your plan.
3. Plans, payment, and renewals
The Service offers a free tier and paid plans (Pro and Team). Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Prices are shown on our pricing page. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change prices on prospective notice; changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or downgrade accounts with overdue payments.
4. Your content and data
You retain all rights to the text, files, and data you upload or process ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you.
You are solely responsible for Your Content and for having the legal right to upload and process it. You must not upload personal data of others (including student records or other regulated information) unless you have a lawful basis and the necessary authorisation to do so. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Shared and published flows
You may publish flows so others can discover and use them. Publishing a flow shares its structure (nodes, edges, and rules); it does not share your input data, uploaded files, integrations, or credentials. If you allow forking, other users may copy and modify your published flow structure. Do not publish flows that embed secrets, credentials, or confidential logic you wish to keep private.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Indonesian law (including UU ITE) or applicable law in your jurisdiction;
- upload malware, or content that is infringing, defamatory, or unlawful;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our infrastructure;
- abuse, overload, or attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas, or security controls;
- resell or sublicense the Service except as expressly permitted by your plan;
- use automated means to scrape the Service beyond the documented API and your plan limits.
7. Third-party services and integrations
The Service integrates with third parties you may connect (for example Google Sheets/Docs, Moodle, Kaggle, or Hugging Face). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. You are responsible for the credentials and access you grant.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by [LEGAL ENTITY] and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as described.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that transformation output will meet your requirements or be accepted by any third-party system (such as an LMS import). You are responsible for verifying output before use.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, [LEGAL ENTITY] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or IDR 1,000,000, whichever is greater.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete Your Content after a reasonable period, subject to our Privacy Policy and legal retention obligations.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you (for example by email or in-app notice) before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Indonesia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have.
